WOMEN'S MENTORING

Learn how as a Mentor you can use your life experiences and walk with God to encourage and assist another woman! Or - come to learn how as a mentee you can be encouraged and supported in your Christian walk by another Christian woman!  For more information please contact Karen Brown or call 909/886-2185.

HEART TO HEART woman to woman

"Mentoring requires no special talent, or God-given quality.  All God asks is for us to take serioursly the task of mentoring and building up another woman".  - Lucibel Van Etta

If you feel God's nudge to be a mentor and share in another woman's life by using what God has done in your life to encourage and assist her in the glorious walk of a Christian woman...

If you are a woman who has been feeling the need to talk to another Christian woman who has "been in your shoes", and with God's help, make it through; and wants to support and encourage you as a mentee at this time in your Christian life...

As Scripture says:  "Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.  Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home; to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the Word of God."  Titus 2:3-5.

By equipping women to lovingly and supportively train younger women through biblical lessons and a weekly sharing time together, Apples of Gold preserves traditional values.  It rebuilds marriage relationships, offers insight on overwhelimg parent-child relationships and emphasizes the importance of spiritual development.  Working together with Focus on the Family, Apples of Gold is building up mothers, marriages and lives worldwide.
